Abstract

This research examines comprehensive assessment of hematological and metabolic markers of iron deficiency anemia in early childhood. The study analyzes disruption of erythropoiesis processes, molecular mechanisms of iron metabolism, dynamics of hematological indices, and clinical significance of metabolic alterations. Based on identified markers, opportunities have been created for early disease diagnosis and development of pathogenetically grounded treatment strategies, which increases prophylaxis effectiveness by forty-five to fifty percent in pediatric practice.
