Abstract

This study examines the legal status, functional responsibilities, and management of female affairs inspectors within the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Uzbekistan. Emphasis is placed on their role in crime prevention, public order maintenance, and protection of citizens’ rights and lawful interests, particularly concerning women. The research integrates theoretical legal analysis, statistical data, and comparative insights to highlight the structural and operational significance of these inspectors. Findings demonstrate that the effectiveness of female affairs inspectors is determined by the interaction between legal frameworks, organizational management, and practical implementation of crime prevention measures.
