CHANGES IN PERIPHERAL BLOOD PARAMETERS IN ADULT PATIENTS WITH SYSTEMIC LUPUS ERYTHEMATOSUS LIVING IN THE KHOREZM REGION
Abstract
Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a chronic autoimmune disease [13, 15] with multisystem involvement and marked clinical and laboratory heterogeneity [1,2]. Hematological abnormalities are among the most frequent and clinically significant manifestations of SLE and are incorporated into the current classification criteria (ACR/EULAR, 2019) [1,3]. Changes in peripheral blood parameters reflect immune-inflammatory activity, disease severity, and influence prognosis [4,5].
