Ushbu tezisda neft-gaz sohasida raqamli texnologiyalarni joriy etishning iqtisodiy va institutsional asoslari tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda raqamli transformatsiyaning neft-gaz tarmog‘ida ishlab chiqarish samaradorligini oshirish, xarajatlarni kamaytirish va resurslardan oqilona foydalanishni ta’minlashdagi iqtisodiy ahamiyati yoritiladi. Shuningdek, raqamli texnologiyalarni joriy etishda davlat siyosati, normativ-huquqiy baza, institutsional muhit va boshqaruv mexanizmlarining o‘rni baholanadi. Tezisda neft-gaz sanoatida raqamlashtirish jarayonini cheklab kelayotgan institutsional muammolar aniqlanib, ularni bartaraf etishga qaratilgan yo‘nalishlar asoslab beriladi. Tadqiqot natijalari raqamli texnologiyalarni joriy etish orqali neft-gaz sohasining iqtisodiy samaradorligini oshirish va institutsional barqarorligini mustahkamlashga xizmat qiladi.
This thesis analyzes the economic and institutional foundations for the implementation of digital technologies in the oil and gas sector. The study examines the economic significance of digital transformation in improving production efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring rational use of resources in the oil and gas industry. Particular attention is paid to the role of state policy, the regulatory and legal framework, the institutional environment, and governance mechanisms in the process of digital technology adoption. The thesis identifies key institutional challenges that hinder digitalization in the oil and gas sector and substantiates directions for addressing these issues. The research findings contribute to enhancing economic efficiency and strengthening institutional sustainability of the oil and gas industry through the implementation of digital technologies.
