This article analyzes the system of social, legal, and economic measures aimed at supporting the socially vulnerable population in Uzbekistan following the country’s independence. The article highlights state programs, legal frameworks, financial incentives, and the implementation of innovative technologies designed to support persons with disabilities, low-income families, solitary elderly individuals, and pensioners. Additionally, the article presents processes for organizing rehabilitation, prosthetics, and sanatorium-resort services, illustrated with regional initiatives and practical experiences in Surxondaryo Region.
