Abstract

Criminal Procedure Law is an important legal institution of the state. It aims to protect the rights, obligations and freedoms of individuals during investigations and trials on crimes and to ensure order and social stability in society. Precautions, in turn, are recognized as the main link of criminal procedural legislation. The main purpose of these measures is to prevent the correct behavior of a suspect or accused during an investigation and trial, rapid discovery and identification, falsification or loss of evidence, pressure on the victim and other participants, and prevent the crime from worsening the conditions in which it was committed.
