Abstract

Criminal procedural legislation regulates the activity of the courts, investigative bodies, and prosecution authorities in the investigation, prosecution, and adjudication of criminal offenses. One of the most significant institutions within criminal procedural law is the system of procedural coercive measures, which are key legal means used to ensure the proper conduct of the criminal process and the achievement of its aims. Procedural coercive measures serve as a necessary legal tool to secure the appearance of participants, preservation of evidence, prevention of unlawful actions, and guarantee the implementation of court decisions in criminal proceedings.
