This article examines the spiritual and moral concept of the leader from a socio-philosophical perspective. The study interprets leadership not merely as a set of managerial competencies, but as a complex social phenomenon intrinsically connected with moral responsibility, social legitimacy, and a system of values. In the context of globalization and digital transformation, the paper explores the factors influencing the formation of the leader’s spiritual and moral profile, as well as its institutional and communicative foundations. The article argues that the spiritual and moral concept of the leader is not simply a collection of individual virtues, but an integrative model shaped through the interaction of social consciousness, value systems, and governance practices.
