Abstract

Orthography and punctuation are not simply mechanical skills in language learning, but essential elements that support learners' abilities to express ideas coherently and accurately. In the context of primary education, where the foundation of linguistic competence is laid, fostering mastery in these areas is of paramount importance. Advancements in technology, particularly the rapid growth of artificial intelligence (AI), are opening new frontiers in educational practice. This transformation extends deeply into the realms of literacy instruction, including the nuances of correct spelling and the meaningful use of punctuation marks. Nowadays, teachers and learners are encountering opportunities to engage with intelligent educational tools that complement traditional learning processes, offering support, feedback, and individualization at unprecedented scales.
