Abstract

Nowadays, there is a need to use belt conveyors more and more in mining enterprises for transporting rock. A simple driving drum without a lining cannot effectively transmit the electric drive power to the conveyor belt. As a result, there is a need to use various linings in driving drums, especially when the driving drum with a diameter of 500 mm and larger works under the influence of friction forces with the conveyor belt
