This article examines the evolution of the phenomenon of genius from scientific and philosophical perspectives. The study analyzes the historical transformation of ideas about genius, from ancient metaphysical interpretations to modern neuropsychological and sociocultural approaches. Particular attention is given to the interaction between heredity, environment, creativity, and cognitive processes in the formation of genius. The article also explores the contributions of philosophy, psychology, neuroscience, and artificial intelligence studies to understanding extraordinary intellectual and creative abilities. The author argues that genius should be interpreted as a multidimensional phenomenon shaped by biological predisposition, social conditions, and innovative consciousness. Furthermore, the paper highlights the significance of interdisciplinary research in revealing the mechanisms underlying exceptional human potential in the XXI century.
