This article analyzes the impact of climate change on human rights and examines the international legal mechanisms for ensuring environmental human rights. In particular, it explores the international legal foundations of the right to a healthy environment, the right to life, the right to health, and rights related to environmental security. The study also analyzes international legal instruments adopted within the framework of the United Nations, international obligations aimed at combating climate change, and the activities of states in ensuring environmental human rights. Furthermore, the article proposes scientific conclusions and recommendations concerning legal approaches to mitigating the adverse effects of climate change, ensuring environmental justice, and strengthening the effective protection of environmental rights.
