Abstract

The rapid development of science, technology, and globalization has significantly transformed the educational landscape of the 21st century. Modern society requires individuals who possess not only theoretical knowledge but also intellectual flexibility, creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Therefore, the development of intellectual and creative competence among secondary school students has become one of the primary objectives of contemporary pedagogy. This article examines effective pedagogical strategies aimed at fostering students’ intellectual and creative competencies in secondary education. The study analyzes theoretical foundations, pedagogical approaches, interactive methods, and innovative educational technologies that contribute to the enhancement of learners’ cognitive and creative potential.
