Abstract

This article discusses the importance of the viscosity of biological fluids (blood, lymph, urine, saliva, gastric juice, and others) in the human body. Viscosity is the internal friction of a fluid, which directly affects blood circulation, lymph movement, digestion, and other physiological processes. Deviations from normal viscosity levels (increased or decreased blood viscosity) may lead to serious diseases.
