Abstract

This article examines the relationship between financial stability assessment and development strategy selection in a small premium tourism enterprise. Using ‘SKY LUX TRAVEL’ LLC - a Tashkent-based tourism company whose service volume grew 791.8 percent over 2022–2024 - as the empirical case, the article applies the ratio analysis framework prescribed by Presidential Resolution No. PQ-62 (2024) to demonstrate how profitability, solvency, and capital efficiency indicators both document enterprise performance and determine the scope and feasibility of strategic improvement proposals for 2026–2028. The findings confirm that financial stability analysis is a prospective strategic instrument as much as a retrospective accounting exercise.
