Abstract

This article examines the phenomenon of national self-awareness through philosophical, sociological, and cultural perspectives. It clarifies the distinctions between the concepts of national identity, national consciousness, and national self-awareness, and explores the role of language, historical memory, and spiritual heritage in shaping national identity. The article also considers the stability and development of national identity amid globalization, drawing on the experience of Uzbekistan.
