This article examines the essence of the science of speech culture, its main indicators, and their role in social development. It analyzes important qualities of speech such as correctness, accuracy, logic, fluency, richness, and expressiveness. Special attention is given to observing literary language norms and issues of youth speech culture. The article also highlights the importance of speech culture in personal spiritual development, effective communication, and social progress. It emphasizes the need to improve speech culture.
