Abstract

This article analyzes the structural design of breaking tips used in the rock drilling process, their operating principle, and their impact on drilling efficiency. Issues of increasing the speed of mechanical drilling, reducing energy consumption, and achieving economic efficiency through the improvement of the drill bit design have been scientifically substantiated. According to the research results, it was determined that the use of an improved drill bit increases drilling speed, extends the tool's service life, and reduces operational costs.
