This article examines the manifestations of Machiavellianism among representatives of different professions, its psychological factors, and its influence on professional activity. Machiavellianism is characterized by manipulative behavior, the desire to control others, and the pursuit of goals regardless of moral norms. The study analyzes Machiavellian traits among teachers, managers, entrepreneurs, politicians, and healthcare workers. The article also discusses the positive and negative aspects of Machiavellianism and its impact on interpersonal relationships and team climate. The findings are important for improving psychological environments in professional settings and preventing destructive behavior.
