Abstract

This article analyzes the effectiveness of incentive mechanisms applied in non-governmental non-commercial organizations and reveals their role in employee motivation, labor productivity, and the achievement of organizational goals. Based on the results of this research, optimal models for integrating material (salary, bonuses, social packages) and non-material (recognition, professional development, work environment, team values) incentive tools have been developed. The proposed approaches serve to improve the quality of human resource management in non-governmental non-commercial organizations, increase employee loyalty to work, and raise overall labor efficiency to a higher level.
