STUDY OF THYROID HORMONAL STATUS IN WOMEN WORKING IN THE INDUSTRIAL ZONE
Abstract
One of the pathogenetic mechanisms of the development of thyroid diseases is the imbalance of trace elements in the body, in addition, exposure to some chemicals used in the production process can lead to pathological changes in the structure and function of the thyroid gland. The literature on the influence of microelement metabolism disorders on the development of thyroid pathology is contradictory, and studies that determine the relationship between the composition of trace elements in the body and harmful production factors in thyroid diseases in chemical industry workers have been studied infrequently.
