Abstract

Nasal deformities of traumatic, congenital, and iatrogenic origin frequently combine aesthetic asymmetry with septal deviation, nasal valve dysfunction, and impaired airflow. A modern reconstructive algorithm should identify the principal anatomical defect, distinguish static from dynamic obstruction, and select preservation, structural, or hybrid techniques according to tissue reserve and functional requirements. The proposed sequence integrates standardized examination, endoscopy, functional testing, three-dimensional assessment, targeted reconstruction, and outcome monitoring.
