Abstract

This article addresses the optimization and quality enhancement of nursing workflows within specialized palliative care. Based on the findings, the study substantiates the necessity of introducing an improved organizational model for nursing care aimed at elevating the quality of life for terminally ill patients and enhancing multidisciplinary professional collaboration.
