Abstract

This research provides comprehensive analysis of the pathogenetic mechanisms, clinical manifestations, and correction strategies for water-electrolyte balance disorders in acute diarrhea syndrome in children. The study presents scientifically grounded explanations of dehydration severity levels, hyponatremia and hypernatremia characteristics, acid-base balance disruption, effects on renal function, and contemporary approaches to rehydration therapy. The findings contribute to reducing mortality and complications in pediatric practice.
