Abstract

Acquired immunodeficiency in children represents a condition characterized by high mortality risk and severe infectious complications. This study aims to identify pathogenetic mechanisms of the disease and develop early diagnostic criteria through comprehensive assessment of immuno-morphological blood parameters. The research findings demonstrated the clinical significance of lymphocyte subpopulations, functional state of humoral immunity, and morphological changes in blood cells. This approach enables detection of immunodeficiency before clinical manifestation and development of targeted therapeutic strategies.
