Abstract

This thesis examines the ontogenetic characteristics of immunological response mechanisms in the pathogenesis of respiratory viral infections in children. The research provides comprehensive analysis of morphofunctional peculiarities of the immune system across different age groups, the clinical significance of transitional periods from humoral to cellular immunity, and the impact of age-dependent immunodeficiency states on disease progression. The findings serve to develop differentiated immunotherapy strategies in pediatric practice.
