Mazkur maqolada maktabgacha ta’lim tashkiloti zamonaviy direktorining professional imidjini shakllantirishning pedagogik va psixologik jihatlari ilmiy-nazariy asosda tahlil qilinadi. Rahbar imidji nafaqat tashqi ko‘rinish, balki boshqaruv uslubi, kommunikativ madaniyati, emotsional intellekti, innovatsion yondashuvi va jamoa bilan ishlash kompetensiyalarini o‘z ichiga olishi asoslab beriladi. Shuningdek, zamonaviy ta’lim islohotlari sharoitida rahbar shaxsining ijtimoiy-psixologik ta’siri va tashkilot imidjiga bo‘lgan o‘rni ochib beriladi. Tadqiqot natijalariga ko‘ra, direktor imidjini shakllantirish tizimli, maqsadli va uzluksiz pedagogik jarayon sifatida tashkil etilishi zarur.
This article provides a scientific and theoretical analysis of the pedagogical and psychological aspects of forming the professional image of a modern director of a preschool educational institution. It substantiates that a leader’s image encompasses not only external appearance, but also management style, communicative culture, emotional intelligence, innovative approach, and teamwork competencies. Furthermore, the article reveals the socio-psychological influence of the director’s personality and its role in shaping the institutional image within the context of contemporary educational reforms. The research findings indicate that the formation of a director’s image should be organized as a systematic, purposeful, and continuous pedagogical process.
