Abstract

The declaration of  2026 in our country as the “Year of Mahalla Development and Social Progress” has further accelerated initiatives aimed at practical actions, tangible results, and the promotion of human dignity across the regions. The work being carried out in the “Olatemir” mahalla of Sho‘rchi district is a clear example of this.
