Abstract

This study presents the systematic development and clinical validation of the NCCAHSCREENF screening scale for early identification of nonclassical congenital adrenal cortex hyperplasia in fertile-age women, demonstrating high sensitivity, specificity, and practical applicability in primary gynecological practice.
