This thesis investigates clinical and hemodynamic predictors of intranatal fetal death in severe preeclampsia. Analysis of cardiotocographic, Doppler velocimetric, and laboratory parameters demonstrates that multisystem end-organ involvement significantly and independently increases the probability of fatal intranatal outcome in affected pregnancies.
