Abstract

Superficial bladder cancer (SBC) accounts for 3–4% of all oncourological malignancies. Despite the efficacy of transurethral resection (TUR), standard intravesical chemotherapy (specifically with doxorubicin) is associated with a high incidence of local complications, such as drug-induced cystitis and severe dysuria. This significantly impairs patients' quality of life in the postoperative period and underscores the need to explore pathogenetic methods of supportive metabolic and immune correction.
