Abstract

This article covers the current problems of managing chronic diseases in therapy practice, their prevalence, impact on the quality of life of patients, modern diagnostic and treatment methods. Also, long-term monitoring of patients with chronic diseases, organization of preventive measures, and the role of therapists and nurses in this process are analyzed.
