Abstract

The rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI) has transformed educational practices across various disciplines, including medical education. AI-powered technologies provide innovative opportunities to improve English language instruction for medical students by offering personalized learning experiences, immediate feedback, intelligent assessment, and authentic communication practice. However, the successful integration of AI into Medical English education also presents several pedagogical, technological, and ethical challenges. This paper discusses the advantages and limitations of using artificial intelligence in teaching Medical English and emphasizes the importance of balancing technological innovation with the essential role of educators.
